No cash alternative or other substitution, assignment or transfer of any prizes shall be permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component with cash or another prize of comparable or greater value.

How will I find out if I am a potential instant winner?

All participants will receive an email notification within 24 hours at the email address used to register. If you are a potential winner of any prize (subject to verification), your email note will indicate the prize won and redemption information. You are not a winner of any prize unless and until your eligibility is confirmed.

You can redeem your Snackdown Cash starting on 12/1/09 through 11:59:59 ET on 6/30/10. Winners must redeem all accumulated Snackdown Cash by 11:59:59 on 6/30/10.

What if I don’t redeem all of my Snackdown Cash by 6/30/10?

In the event a winner does not redeem all Snackdown Cash in his/her prize award account, the Snackdown Cash will be forfeited in its entirety without compensation. No cash will be exchanged for the unused portion of any winner’s Snackdown Cash.

How will I be notified if I’m a Grand Prize winner?

You will be notified at the email address used to register for the game. The Grand Prize will be awarded at the end of the game and following winner validation. The Grand Prize winner will be contacted by Sponsor’s fulfillment agent at the mailing address entered on the online registration form for winner validation, within 2-4 weeks of receiving the Winner Notification email. If, after two (2) attempts, contact has not been made, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be randomly selected in the Limited Second Chance Drawing.

How can I enter the Limited Second Chance Drawing?

If the Grand Prize is unclaimed or unawarded after the end of the Game, a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Game will be conducted. All registered eligible entrants will receive one (1) entry into the Second Chance Drawing regardless of the number of times the entrant participated. The Second Chance Drawing will be held on or about 6/1/10. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winner will be notified by the mailing address entered on the online registration form (P.O. boxes are not permitted) within 2- 4 weeks of the drawing. If, after two (2) attempts, contact has not been made, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be randomly selected.

What are the travel dates for the Grand Prize?

Trip must be taken on dates designated by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. The trip must be taken within one (1) year of winner verification. Grand Prize winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary.
